RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your Returns Policy?
- Products must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. We only offer refunds.
- Separate orders cannot be returned as one. Please do not combine orders for refund as they will slow down the process.
- To make a return, head over to our return portal (hyperlink "returns portal")
- Please have your Order Number at hand, e.g #UK455443
- You will need your email address
- Returns are FREE
We are sincerely sorry you have received a faulty item!
Please send us the following information to resolve the problem:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- Clear photo of the product fault
- Full-Length photo of the faulty item
- The Gymflux label and logo
We don't require you to send back the faulty item.
If your item was damaged during delivery, please get in touch within 7 days with photographic evidence (as stated above) and we will get it sorted for you.
From the moment you've received your Gymflux order, you have 30 days to initiate a return. Please review the information below to ensure you know exactly how to return you items.

Please allow up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) for your return to be delivered and then processed by our returns team.
